Our extra-curricular highlights

Debating and public speaking

Students can develop their thinking, communication and teamwork skills through debating and public speaking. They also have the chance to compete in local and state events.  These experiences not only enhance academic performance but also build self-confidence and leadership abilities that benefit students throughout their lives.

Creative and performing arts

Our drama, music and art programs help students be creative and express themselves. They can join in concerts, art shows and drama activities.  Participation in the arts encourages collaboration, emotional growth, and confidence, while also enriching the school community with vibrant and inspiring performances.

Trips and excursions

Our students enjoy getting out of the classroom to explore, learn and try new things. These experiences help them grow, build confidence and see how their learning connects to the world. Excursions also provide memorable experiences that inspire a lifelong love of learning and help connect classroom concepts to everyday life.

Band

Our school band provides students with a wonderful opportunity to develop their musical skills, teamwork, and creativity in a supportive environment. Participating in a school band helps students build confidence, discipline, and a sense of community as they prepare for performances and collaborate with their peers. Through regular practice and concerts, students gain valuable experience and a lifelong appreciation for music.
